So right after I got back from my trip, I’ve been addicted to Starcraft 2.

I’m all anticipating on Machete and then I see this trailer for the movie Sucker Punch. Cute chicks killing , fighting Samurais and Dragons violently! Any dude with a working dick should appreciate this!

On the topic of movies. Any of you heard about Project London? IMDB says it’s a non-budget movie! Amazing that they can pull off a full-length movie like this with no investors. Open source computer software… how times have changed… check it out!

Back Home!!!!!!!!! – July 23rd, 2010

My trip is over! Ended about 2 weeks early..  The reason for this? A bike accident.  I’m to lazy to give you the details so you guys can read up on it at SummerOfChris.com or something. Anywhos, Victoria BC, Canada to Elk CA, USA is pretty much where our trip ended. Here’s the rough trail we really took.

FINALLY!! – July 9th 2010

I’m back in California bitches!!! Where I belong! Where state taxes are high! I hate California!! But at least I can cash in my super lotto! I won 10 bucks!! before I jet to Canada! Must goto the nearest 7-eleven to cash it in.. 

I will miss Oregon’s 0% tax.. when you buy something for 99 cents, it really is 99 cents!!

Anywhos, If all goes well, I should be in San Francisco by next week!

Still Alive!! July 7th, 2010

So, today is rest day. I’m still in Brookings OR which is the last city in Oregon just 5,10 miles north or California.

I have shitty internet connection so no pictures on this post. Insteat, i’ll talk about my trip thus far.

Well it looks like we are not the only people doing a long trip.  I’ll talk about the people i’ve met.

First off, I met Skywalker and his wife whom live in South Korea. They are joined with  the Latina from Chilie.  They started their trip from Seattle and will end in San Diego. 

Then we have the two teachers from Connecticut. They kinda reminded me of Eric Bana and Ali Larter.  Well, that was kinda my first impression of them… anywhos, they started in Seattle as well. They will end their trip in San Fransico.

Then we have this old guy we call the “old newzealand”  He doesn’t talk to us. We got information about him through 2 grils from Canada. (also bikers) Anywhos this old dude is a bad ass. He’s like in his late 60′s got a nice gray beard and wears a sunglass. I’ve seen him wear sandles and bike around.  Cazy old man, which i later found that he has been touring the world and this is his last trip.

Next we have the M&M’s from Canada. I call them this because both the girls names start with M.  They just graduated college and are doing their trip from Portland OR to San Fran CA.  They are the ones who gave us he 411 on the old dude who we found out comes from New Zealand.

Then we have the two Al’s from the UK.  a couple. Their names both start with Al, so we will call them Al’s.  They will be bicycling to San Fran as well.  Haven’t talked to them much other then the world cup.

Finally we have the three dudes from Irland.  They look healthy buff. They say they average 70+ miles a day but they love drinking so, they have a rest day every 3days. (me and chris have one every 6,7 days)they will be going to Mexico I believe.

Soooo what’s cool about this is, at least up until SF all these people we’ve met are for the most part going to be cycling down the same path we are. So we get to see them a lot. We all have different rest days but, it’s conforting to know we might bump into each other again. most likely will.

Good bye Washington!!  You will not be missed!

You see that bridge? It’s the bridge that connects Washington and Orgeon on the 101. It’s  fucken long! and it’s fucken high! and there’s no fucken bike lane!

As you can fucken see.. It’s long! 4miles! yeah.. a 4 mile bridge I had to cross on a windy rainy fucken day.  

As you can see, I pulled it off! I’m in Oregon! Sporting a Hello Kitty limited edition T-shirt!!

Currently at Nehalem Bay Camp

You see that tunnel? It’s an up hill.. meaning it fucken sucks for me!

You see that sign? Well, It’s right above the tunnel and we get to push a button that makes it flash; so that drivers know bikers are working their asses off to try to get through the tunnel that doesn’t have a bicycle lane!

Update of my tour – JUNE 27th 2010

 New update,

To make a long story short, my pedals fell out of my cranck.  So around Shelton WA, (g-map this shit if you’re bored) I happen to see a bus drive pass by.  I called the bus phone # that was written on it, then they were nice enough to pick us up to take us to a offcial bus stop.  The ride was free!!  sooo form there, we went to Olympia WA, and got my bike fix, and now we are back on track.  I’m to lazy to type all this shit so, check out Summerofchris.com for more detailed information on whats going on.

Also i’ll be randomly updating my picture gallery when I get a chance so, check that out when youre bored. you might see some new stuff from time to time.
